Our Pillars

Mentoring

We believes that mentoring is a great way to impact the future. Several of our members currently mentor students at Forster Elementary in 3rd Ward, Houston. We are also mentored by The 100 Black Men of America, our parent organization.

Education

Education is not confined to the classroom. We believe that taking the opportunity to educate our members, classmates and community on vital, relevant information that they may not receive in the classroom is not only a privilege, but also our responsibility. This duty is executed through on-campus forums, our social media our and our mentoring relationships.

Health and Wellness

Collegiate 100 aims to raise awareness and support through our health and wellness efforts. Every year, we participate in several walks that bring attention to the many health issues the world is facing. We also believe in preventative measure and as a result, often host fitness sessions within the organization as well as conversations on campus to inform the community about current health and wellness topics.

Economic Empowerment

We believe money is much more than amount of dollars in a bank account. It is vital to understand the power and responsibility that comes with wealth. As a result, Collegiate 100 is adamant about educating our members, classmates and those in the community on the value of a dollar. Annually, we also host numerous fundraisers, exposing our members to financial management.
